High streets win when shops work together.
LocalCollab started with two Brighton toy shops sharing a paper stamp card. Customers loved having one card for both. We're turning that idea into a network any independent shop can join.
Independents can't compete on loyalty
Chains have apps, data and marketing teams. A single shop has a paper card that customers lose and that tells the owner nothing.
Neighbours are the best marketing
The best new customer for a toy shop is the regular of the cafe next door. Shops already recommend each other; nothing captures it.
A shared network, owned by no single shop
Each shop keeps its own loyalty rules. The network adds discovery, trails and a common reward, Collab Coins, on top.
How the network grows
Revenue
Monthly merchant plans, paid add-ons such as campaigns and creator gifting, and sponsored trails. No commission on sales, no fees for customers.
No liability on Coins
Shops fund their own Coin rewards. The platform never settles money between shops and holds no cash-backed balance.
Pilot first
We're proving repeat-visit and cross-shop metrics in Brighton before expanding street by street.
Built for the businesses that make up most of the UK
At the start of 2025.
The businesses chains out-spend on loyalty and marketing.
Our first market is the shops, cafes and makers on high streets like Brighton's.
