Bring new customers through your door, and keep them coming back.
A digital loyalty card, a shop profile and a network of neighbouring shops sending customers your way. Join the Brighton pilot and we set you up in person.
Everything a big chain's loyalty scheme does, built for one shop
Win new customers
Crossover deals with neighbouring shops put you in front of their regulars. Listings and trails are coming soon.
Bring them back
Stamps and points on one QR, with a free gift customers can see building up.
Know your regulars
See who's new, who's slipping away and what members spend compared with everyone else.
Only pay for your rewards
You fund the rewards you choose and nothing else. No settling up with other shops, ever.

Kids Monster × Tokyo Monster: one card, two shops
Two Japanese toy shops a few minutes apart used to share a paper stamp card. Moving it to LocalCollab kept what customers liked, a single card that works in both, and added what paper couldn't: knowing who the regulars are, and inviting them back.
We'll publish real results here once the pilot has run for three months.
One app for the owner, the till and your customers

Built for how Brighton shops actually work
Run a stamp card, points, or both. Share one card across sister shops.
Upload your free gifts with photos and descriptions. Customers see exactly what they're working towards.
Paste your Google Maps link and we fill in your name, address, hours and photos.
Build a themed day out with neighbouring shops and track who completes it.
Opt in to accept the network's Coins on rewards you choose, and attract shoppers from across town.
Welcome, birthday, win-back and "nearly there" messages that send themselves.
Customers rate visits privately, so you hear about problems before a public review does.
Offer products to local creators, approve who you like and see who has posted.
Separate email and WhatsApp consent, data export and deletion on request.
Reasons to visit this week, not just someday
Loyalty rewards people who already come in. These bring them in on the days you need them.
Members tap "Notify me". The waitlist hears 2 hours before it goes on sale and gets 30 minutes of early access, 1 per member.
For limited items. Free to enter in the app, rules published, random draw with a logged result. Winners get 48 hours to claim.
Customers hold an item for 24 hours and pay in store. Set a per-customer limit; unclaimed holds go back on the shelf automatically.
Fill a slow Tuesday afternoon. Sent by home postcode area to members who opted in, never by live location, at most 1 a week.
Spaces, a waitlist that fills cancellations, a reminder the day before and a stamp when you check people in at the door.
Parents add a child's first name and birthday (day and month only). They get a treat reminder two weeks before.

FAQ
Do I need a new till or card machine?
No. Staff scan the customer's QR on the shop iPad or phone and key in the amount the card machine took. A direct Dojo integration is on our roadmap.
Will I end up paying for another shop's rewards?
Never. Each shop funds only the rewards it creates. Collab Coins are a platform reward; if you accept them, you choose which of your rewards they can buy and how many Coins each costs.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can cancel any time. Your customer list stays yours, and you can export it whenever you like.
What about GDPR?
Customers give separate consent for email and WhatsApp, and can see or delete their data at any time. We act as a processor for your customer data and sign a data processing agreement with every shop.
Can I share one card with my other shop?
Yes. Sister shops can share a single stamp card, like Kids Monster and Tokyo Monster do, with each stamp showing which shop it came from.
Join the Brighton pilot
We're onboarding a small group of independent shops in The Lanes and North Laine first. Pilot shops pay nothing while it runs.
