Pricing questions
Do customers pay anything?
No. Membership, stamps, points and Collab Coins are free for customers.
Who pays for Collab Coins rewards?
The shop that offers the reward funds it, at a cost it chooses. There are no charges between shops and no settlement.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. You pay a flat monthly plan. We never take a percentage of what you sell.
What happens after the pilot?
We'll give pilot shops at least 30 days' notice and a founding-shop discount before any charges start.
